So about a March girl stepping into my birthday like a boss shirt month ago I bought a few things from e l f and unfortunately I got them a bit late of course during that time I didn t think much of it since I had ordered from them before and I never had a problem in fact sometimes I would get things a bit sooner than I expected anyways I never emailed them complaining about it cuz I figured that maybe they were just backed up on their orders I finally got my order and everything was there so I was happy today I was surprised to see that I had a package from e l f and of course I was super confused since I hadn t placed an order I was so pleased when I saw the note that came with the eye cream this shows to me that they really care about their customers and that they re willing to go that extra mile for them I m so glad I m a customer. Hi honest co as a bundle subscriber i’ve historically been pleased with your products and customer service however my most recent bundle arrived with the completely wrong size of diapers 3 sizes too small and missing training pants now I have paid for diapers that I can’t use and had to go to the store to spend more money on diapers and training pants which completely negates the convenience of subscribing to monthly bundles I called customer service and did not reach anyone I emailed customer service on sunday and it’s now thursday and i’ve heard nothing please let me know how you’re going to fix this asap i’m very disappointed in this turn of events. Sooo excited to be speaking at beautycon on the main stage on sunday 7 15 who else is going to beautyconla for tickets bit ly bclakimkardashianwest
