I will never order from this company again I placed a Hot Uff Da Y’all Christmas shirt order on the 26th of september with 5 businessday shipping and I have yet to see my package ups also hasn’t received it the lable has been created yet not shipped to ups I have emailed them with no response I was on hold for over 25 minutes to talk to a supervisor all she could tell me was sorry for the inconveniences and wait 48 hours to see if they can find the package it was the worst costumer service I have ever experienced. I am a white female that usually has no desire to speak my mind or indulge in drama but I just have to say this is disgusting I hope faith is no longer employed with you and I hope you give those gorgeous women an excessive apology you should be ashamed of yourselves to put someone or something like that in your management it’s christmas time and I have no desire to shop anywhere near your stores thank you for your time. No those aren’t 30 off as the sign shows horribly rude and very poor customer service last purchase I will ever make at this store woodland mall on sunday
