I have been trying to get a hold of customer service for several days I have sent multiple emails called only to find out that your phone service is unavailable waited in line for live chat 30 minutes as the 31st in queue only to find out when it was finally my turn that noone from chat was available I have sent 2 direct fb messages as well I received a shipment several days ago missing items half my order that I was charged for I would like for this to be resolved asap thanks. I tried placing an order this morning and your payment system wasn’t working I called in and they advised to try later and it would be working by the end of the day I asked them if the pricing would change and they said no so it’s now 8 40pm at night and i’m trying to order again because your system won’t keep what you originally put in the cart you have to re add it all every time I have put the exact same in my cart as this morning all 16 same items screen shots available if needed however my order this morning when I couldn’t pay was a lot less than what your charging now the total now is just shy of 40 more this is crooked what’s the reasoning behind this
